Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the significance of the influence of motivation, satisfaction, discipline, and physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga.

Methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative study with questionnaire tools. The research sample was 130 people in a population of 190 people. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. SPSS software version 26 was used to analyze the data. The research was conducted in the production department of PT Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga.

Results/findings: The results of this study show that motivation, satisfaction, discipline, and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga.

Limitations: The limitation of this study is the R2 value, which is still less than 80%, which is 78%.

Contribution: In order to further increase employee productivity, management must implement policies that are considered appropriate, namely paying attention to work motivation by providing rewards for employees who meet targets, paying attention to work by frequently motivating and evaluating employees, as well as increasing discipline by paying attention to adequate company facilities.
