Abstract

Purpose: to introduce and improve digital marketing competence as a marketing medium to dairy farmers in Kertawangi Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency as a marketing medium. Collaboration is carried out with the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Bina Terampil Mandiri (BTM), an institution that has been around for a long time play a role in the development of local communities. The activity stages begin with an initial assessment with PKBM BTM to identify the target community


Methodology/approach: his training took place in the village of Kertawangi, Cisarua, West Bandung Regency, a form of community service that carried out is scientific training that provide added value to society. And also the participant was given such a knowledge about digital marketing competency Results/findings: As a result of this training, dairy farmers can manage how to market their products with digital marketing so they can reduce market cost that can appear in traditional marketing Conclusion: This training received good feedback, namely 97% of participants gained knowledge and were willing to use it in their business. Besides that, the participants wanted to be taught practically how to do digital marketing
