Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significance of the influence of leadership, career development, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee loyalty at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purblingga.
Method: This type of research is quantitative, with 157 respondent, the sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling, while the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program.
Result: The results of this study are leadership, career development, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga.
Limitation: The limitation in this study is the R Square value of 36.2 percent, which means that the independent variable in this study affects the dependent variable by 36.2 percent and 63.8 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The implication of this research is that to continue to increase employee loyalty, the management of PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga needs to implement policies that are considered appropriate, namely making decisions appropriately such as obtaining accurate and relevant data in advance and predicting the impact of decisions taken, improving employee career planning by opening consulting services so that career planning is getting better, improving implementers, and improving employee loyalty.
