Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the significance of the influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction in CV. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto. This type of research is a quantitative research with a population of 160 employees. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 62 employees.
Methodology/approach: The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 27 tool.
Results/findings: The results of the study showed that motivation and discipline had a positive effect on job satisfaction not significantly. Leadership and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
Limitations: The limitation in this study is that there are research results that do not affect job satisfaction, namely motivation and discipline. The R Square value is 60.6%, which means that there are still 39.4% of other factors that can affect job satisfaction.
Implication: The implication of this study is the management of CV. Bintang Rema Utama must pay more attention to employee work placement in accordance with the employee's ability and must provide work in accordance with the employee's position. Continue to improve the ability to listen to suggestions, complaints or opinions by providing a suggestion box and pay more attention to the noise made by employees at work by providing a warning letter (SP).
