Pelatihan Penyusunan Analisis Bisnis dan Kelayakan Unit Usaha Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Berkah Abadi melalui Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di Desa Krawangsari, Kecamatan Natar, Lampung Selatan

Abstract

Purpose: The preparation of business analysis and business feasibility is an obligation that must be fulfilled by BUMDes in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. In addition, it will guide the decision maker to prepare and to analize business plan and business feasibility carefully before running a new business. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and insight understanding to the people of Krawangsari Village, Natar District, South Lampung, especially for those who are working for BUMDes Berkah Abadi, in preparing business analysis and the feasibility of village-owned business units.

Methodology/approach: The method used in this activity is that the training materials were distributed to all participants in the coaching day and then discussed in the class. In order to evaluate the performance of the participants during the day, a pre-test and post-test were conducted in the last session.

Results/findings:  All participants gave positive responds upon the implemented activity in this short training. According to the whole evaluation based on the pre-test and post test, the participants improved their knowledge and insight understanding in preparing business analysis and the feasibility of village-owned business units.

Conclusion: After this training activity, hopefully, the community will have better knowledge and understanding such that they can prepare and analyze business proposal themselves very well before running their new business startups.
