Konseptual Model Penelitian Peran Responsible Leadership Sebagai Bagian Peningkatan Workforce Agility Melalui Psychological Empowerment

Abstract
Purpose: This article discusses the reinforcement research model workforce agility by responsible leadership and psychological empowerment as an intervening variable.
Methodology/approach: The method uses literature studies with various kinds of research results as the basis for the formulation of research hypotheses. The research process will be continued to answer the hypothesis on the variable implication model.
Results/Findings: This study conluded that there is a positive relationship between responsible leadership and psychological empowerment and workforce agility.
Limitations: This study is only conceptual model that needs further research.
Contribution: This paper contributes as a reference for further research on this topic.
