Abstract
Learning motivation plays an important role in providing enthusiasm, a sense of pleasure in learning. Based on the results of observations in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Toto Margomulyo in the mathematics learning process, it is known that the teacher has not used the Team Quiz learning method. The Team Quiz learning method is one method that can create a pleasant learning atmosphere that will increase absorption which will later affect student learning motivation. The formulation of the research problem is "How Big is the Influence of Team Quiz Method on Mathematics Learning Motivation of Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri Toto Margomulyo". This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Quiz method on motivation to learn mathematics in the form of Pre-Experiment Design One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri Toto Margomulyo with a total population of 25 students. The sample in this study was taken using the Saturated Sampling Technique, where all members of the population were sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the results of the hypothesis using the t-test are known from the calculation results that the tcount value of the learning motivation variable is 2,973 with a ttable value of 2,060, because the tcount value is 2,973 > ttable 2,060, the Ha hypothesis is accepted and the Ho hypothesis is rejected. This means that from these results there is an Influence of Learning Motivation Using the Team Quiz Learning Method for Class V SD Negeri Toto Margomulyo.
