Abstract

Purpose: Based on Komisi Pemberantasa Korupsi (KPK) data, Indonesia is in a corruption crisis, which is why this research aims to provide a trilogy concept in combating corruption. It explores how transparency, accountability, and ethics are interrelated in the context of anti-corruption. Methodology: The methodology used in this study is normative research, specifically prescriptive analytical, through a conceptual approach, a legislative approach, and a case study approach to assess the effectiveness of transparency, accountability, and ethics in eradicating corruption.Findings: The findings from this research reveal that the implementation of transparency, accountability, and ethics as a trilogy in combating corruption in Indonesia has been less effective. In this research found concept trilogy become a part of law enforcement if assisted by the Presiden as head of state and Head of Goverment.Limitation: This study is limited to discussing transparency, accountability, and ethics in anti-corruption efforts. The author hopes that this research can contribute to society, anti-corruption communities, and younger generations about the dangers of corruption for Indonesia’s future. Contribution: Lastly, it is hoped that this research can contribute to academia by providing new knowledge in the fields of corruption studies, law, politics, and public administration.
