Abstract

Inclusive public services at the village level have not yet become the mainstream agenda in public services. Therefore, community dedication is very appropriate if it is directed to assisting the improvement of inclusive public services. Based on observations there are two main problems experienced by partners. First, village officials do not understand the urgency of inclusive public services, especially the benefits for improving public services. Second, because they do not understand the urgency of inclusive public services, so far, Beton Village has not yet had a service policy or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that contains inclusiveness values. Third, village infrastructure that does not support accessibility, such as breastfeeding rooms, wheelchair access, and so on. The method used is mentoring various seminars, demonstrations, and exercises. The output in this community dedication program is the assistance of inclusive public services in three stages. First, Assistance in increasing the capacity of village apparatus human resources through inclusive public service seminars. Second, assistance in policy making in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for village services. Third, assistance in the form of village fund budgeting which is directed at planning for the physical development of offices based on inclusiveness.
